Below we answer the requested information of the frequently asked questions.

Booking requests will be send to you by email. You can accept the booking by clicking on the accept button. After accepting the booking, the tickets will be send instantly to the customer.

If you are not able to accept the booking, we ask you to contact the customer for a different date/tour and send us a copy (cc) on info@adventuretickets.nl.

If the booking needs to be declined please reply to the booking e-mail and let us know the reason.

Accepting a booking

Our customers select a tour and a date via our platform and purchase the activity. As soon as we receive a booking we will automatically send you a booking request via email. We ask you to accept the booking within 24 hours by clicking on the accept button. After accepting the booking the tickets will be send instantly to the customer. The ticket include your contact details.

Changing a booking

If you are not able to accept the booking we ask you to contact the customer to discuss a different date. We kindly ask you to put info@adventuretickets.nl in CC of this communication so that we are aware of what is happening.

Decline booking

If you need to declined the booking please reply to the booking e-mail and let us know. Please provide us with the reason for cancelling as well. We will contact the customer on your behalf and transfer the money back to their bank account.

You will receive the invoice shortly after clicking on the accept button in the booking email.

We will transfer the turnover minus our commission to your bank account after the activity has been completed.

We are working on a booking system so you can handle your stock and orders directly on this website. It will also allow API connections with your favourite booking system.

Log in to your dashboard and you can edit your company details.

When your company is accepted we will lock the most important fields. If you want to make changes to locked fields, you can fill in the text field on top of the company page, or send us an email

After you added your company details in the online dashboard, you can add all your activities.

Click on the link Add a new activity on your company page.

After completing your activity details to the online dashboard, we will check the information. Make sure the activity infomation is as complete as possible.

If everything is in order we will start translating the activities to adventuretickets.nl. As soon as all the activities are added we will send you an email.

We work with your cancellation policy. If a customer would like to cancel an activity you can direct them to your cancellation policy. We ask you to inform us about your cancellation policy so we can add this to our website.
When you are emailing the customer with more information on the booking, you can include your terms & conditions so the customer is aware of your cancellation policy and agrees to it.
Adventuretickets is free. We charge only a commission per ticket sold.

We mainly target young adventurous people in the age of 18 to 39. We notice we also receive a lot of bookings from people above that age.
